Very rude and inconsiderate physician. I waited an hour in the exam room past my appointment time, without anyone notifying me that the dr would be late seeing me after I had taken special sick time off of work for this appointment. I got dressed after 52 minutes had passed and no dr or nurse still had not shown up in my exam room to let me know he was running extremely late. I was getting ready to leave to cancel out because I was just left sitting there not knowing what was going on and Dr Horowitz walked in an hour late. I let him know why that experience was so wrong and that I was going to be late getting back to work having to take more sick time away from my mom and dad’s dr appointments…Which I have to take them to and this Dr did not even apologize for it and thought his beha
