But the reason is different. Hence, why I walked out and wrote a bad review stating no knowledge of the human body as a whole which is not esoteric information.

Complete joke of an office staff. Doctor was alright but left two messages for him to call me back over a months time span and nothing. Multiple calls and messages left for the office staff there and also nothing. All they had to do was coordinate an MRI for me and couldn’t handle it. Go to another Doctor, save yourself the aggravation.

The receptionists, physicians assistant and Dr. Hansen are all wonderful! Dr. Hansen has a great bedside manor, is honest and friendly. I totally recommend this practice.

I like Dr Hansen but the office staff are not professional. I asked for the office manager to call me 3 times and she never did. They also cancelled my appointment an hour before my appointment because they said the doctor wasn’t in that early . On top of that one of the women in the office is very rude
