John D. Seng O.D.

I have never had any issues with Dr. Seng's office. The only thing I could comment on was back in 2020 about bedside manner but now, that's gotten significantly better. I am a complicated patient with Autism making it hard to do the exam and over time Dr. Seng has definitely got it down better. Mrs. Seng is a godsend and make sure I'm calm and ready before my actual exam. They've done me well for 3 years now and I will continue to recommend and go back to them each and every time I need my glasses.

My husband has had a really bad time with this office. Had an eye appointment in November of 2021, ordered new glasses and waited roughly 9 weeks for them to come in! When they came in, he couldn’t see out of them! So they retested his eyes and found that he has prisms! Said they had not been there before, which by the way, he has had prisms as long as I’ve known him! Ordered new glasses, got 2 pair, waited for another 2 months or more. Finally they came in, when he tried them on they seemed ok, the longer he wore them the worse they got!!! So he called them and the lady that answered the phone was very rude, told him she would have to call the insurance company to obtain permission. Honestly the service is laughable. I came in for an eye exam and the doctor prescribed me for lower strength contacts in the right eye. Not a huge deal, I gave them a call and they said to come in that day. I asked if there was specifically a time to come in that would work best. They mentioned anytime before we close. So I left work figuring this would be a pretty quick correction. Well then one of the receptionists said can you come back later today. I said, "well I left work so I could wrap this up so I would like to get it done now if possible." They said I would have to wait an hour. HELLO, tell me that when I asked before I leave work 30 minutes away. Honestly, I'm going to pay out of pocket at Walmart before I go back to this place. Put some money into the infrastructure too. Doctor and his wife were very friendly and helpful. They explained the whole process to me and I received my glasses soober than they estimated for me to receive them.

very nice, staff and dr. are so kind. I am new to the area and they made me feel as if i have lived here all my life. very happy with the treatment and selection of glasses even for low income and poor insurance was amazing!!!!
