I’ve been a loyal patient at this practice for many years, but unfortunately, the quality of service—particularly at the front desk—has gone downhill. The office manager was extremely rude and provided inaccurate information regarding my insurance coverage. She claimed that my insurance wouldn’t allow a dilation on the same day as my eye exam, which is simply not true. Coverage varies by plan, and mine does cover same-day dilation. Because of this, I was forced to schedule two separate appointments—one for the exam and another for the dilation—meaning I had to pay two co-pays unnecessarily. Additionally, I was told that I could only schedule my annual exam exactly one year from the previous date, which again is incorrect. The staff is pleasant and helpful and the doctor was amazing. I ran out of contacts and my wedding was in two weeks.. my eye doctor retired.. Dr. Biestek got me I right away! Love this office. Highly recommend 👍
