Dr. Joena Chan is a caring, intelligent and thorough physician in every respect. I have been Dr. Chan's patient since I developed Type 2 Diabetes and she has been proactive, supportive and compassionate throughout. I honestly couldn't ask for a better general physician to place my overall care with. Any doctor's office is going to bog down in office work at times but the care I receive from Dr. Chan and the nursing staff at Horizon is top-notch.
