We came to the hospital by ambulance with my daughter, who was having trouble breathing. From the moment we arrived, the staff acted quickly and very professionally. The doctors examined her carefully, provided all the necessary treatments, and didn’t discharge us until they made sure her breathing was completely stable. We received qualified medical care — the team explained everything in detail about how to continue treatment at home and even provided us with the needed medications. Everything was done with care, attention, and compassion. I’m very grateful to all the doctors and nurses for their professionalism, kindness, and support. We truly felt we were in good hands.
