Michael has been my wife and my trainer for months. We have years of experience with personal trainers. He is very competent and good to work with. He has a small studio with a wide range of professional equipment. He personalized our stretching and resistance training to our needs and modified it as he got to know our abilities and limitations. I tumbled on a recent hiking trip injuring my shoulder. When I got a script from my Dr for physical therapy I chose Michael as he is also a licensed therapist. It was not a quick fix but its getting steadily better and he explains in detail what he finds and his. procedures. Very data oriented with manipulation and my feedback.

Working with Micheal of Jocson’s Physical Therapy and Strength Training was an amazing experience for my son. Obviously, no one wants to need physical therapy but my son was almost half way through sports-related knee surgery rehab when we moved to Clermont area. This meant we had to find someone with expertise in that area that we could trust to help him finish the rehab process. We spoke with many therapists and decided on Jocson’s due to his background in both physical therapy and strength training.
