Jocelyn Young DO, MS

I had my Medicare wellness checkup on June 30th at the Clinton Street clinic with Dr. Young and her staff. They were all thorough and pleased with my test results and concluded I was in good condition for a 74 year old. Had a follow-up November 22, 2023 related to possible blood pressure issue but after monitoring for 2 months, Dr. Young felt my blood pressure was within acceptable ranges.

We had to change Dr.'s when we got new health insurance last year, it hasn't been a year since we have been with Dr, Jocelyn Young. She has been fantastic!! Her bedside manners are on point, she listens to you when you talk to her, and she hears you!! She is young, and understands the new changes that have come with medicine, but she also has the old school touch as well, which I'm guessing she has learned from her father, who is also a doctor. I met him one day when I was admitted into the hospital last fall, and he filled in for her. He came in to check in on me when she couldn't. My husband and I are both comfortable with her, and trust her! We will tell others when they are looking for a new doctor, to go see her! She is one of the good ones that we need around here!!

Dr. Young is very attentive to me as a patient. She hears my concerns and is proactive in my health concerns for me becoming healthy. I appreciate her and her staff gingerly. Thank you for the opportunity to say. Thank you! I would recommend her to any woman who needs care.

I felt heard and respected. She is a new provider for me, I felt comfortable and I'm looking forward to building the patient provider relationship.

Dr. Young was very thorough and seemed like she genuinely cared about my health.
