Joan is amazing! She listens to your issues and ask many questions to make sure she knows exactly how things are going. Very thorough and very patient with answering questions. I always felt heard and well taken care of.
She was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She followed up with a call and I had confidence in what she had say & it was a very positive experience.
I went for my 2 week post op with Joan..she answered all my questions and explained thoroughly. And she really followed through on "critical labs" within the hour and subsequent lab reports. I highly recommend her and all the staff at Dr. Fox' office!
