JM Dierkes Orthodontics & TMJ

Dr. Dierkes is knowledgeable in his field and helped me greatly with my jaw issues, however after working with him for almost 4 years I would not recommend his office to anyone. The office management is completely dysfunctional. Dr. Dierkes's wife is supposed to be the office manager and the service is definitely sub par for the prices they expect you to pay. If you notice the reviews she actually takes the time to write a paragraph long responses to negative reviews. If that's not stupid than I don't know what is. This office never answers the phone, huge delays with returning any calls, inconsistent office hours etc. There is always justification and excuse for everything - this week they are on vacation, next week they are opened half day Tuesday and half day Wednesday, next week

Dr. Dierkes has drastically changed the quality of my life for the better. I could not be more pleased with his quality of treatment and thoroughness. Ellen is also great and has spent a lot of time helping me out to really get the holistic care I need to get my health on track. TMJD pain is very underrated and he was the only individual who could help me reduce pain.

Dr. Dierkes is a brilliant Doctor! He is very very knowledgeable about TMJ and I chose him after inteviewing multiple TMJ specialists. He found the root cause and came up with a solution. And my case was a bit complicated. He takes a wholistic approach and I love that! He really cares about his patients and took his time with me. He also discovered another cause of a seroius health issue and he referred me out toan excellent specialist.During the course of my treatment he realized I had a severe sinus infection that was caused from mold toxicity. So he not only helped me with TMJ, but helped me with that situation as well and I would not have known the cause if it hadn't been for him. My case was more complicated so he had a team of professionals assist me who were all excellent.

Dr Dierkes is an amazing orthodontist with a holistic approach to health. He advocates doctors working together to bring harmony to the body. I'm really impressed with his knowledge and care for medicine and for his patients. If you or anyone in your family are in need of braces, you should start looking for his opinion and then make your decision. You will chose with him for sure!

Doctor Dierkes is excellent. Great bedside manners and wonderful dental skills. Brought my daughter to him for dental pain. He helped guide us to a successful plan.
