Brought my son for his first ever dental appointment and I was so happy we chose this office! The staff was so nice and friendly and explained everything to him, making sure he was comfortable with every step. He got a thorough exam and cleaning and though we were the last appointment of the day I didn't feel like we were rushed out. Would definitely recommend Dr K and her staff!

I have called several times after having talked to Jen that she was having issues verifying my insurance. I called my insurance myself and when I called back nobody answered my calls, nor did anyone call me back regarding the msg I left with the answering service. I emailed my dental insurance and I never got a reply back. JK lost two customers for not returning calls/emails.

Wow, be warned!! Horrible customer service indeed! I walked in to schedule an appointment for 2 new patients. One of the administrative, Cynthia, was not welcoming at all and gave us a look as if we interrupted or disturbed her. Good thing no one was in the waiting room observing her unfriendly behavior. It is funny how they have a sign that says, "If you're rude, leave" yet they don't practice what they preach. She let me know booking was far out as if she was hoping that would deter me. If anything, it was her poor and lack of customer service that drove me away. I canceled 2 appointments following day. I figured if front desk staff is this way, what would the back office be like. No thank you!

Amazing staff that were helpful and kind. Great cleaning and checkup. My family’s first time and we are happy to have found our dentist. Thank you JK and team. Update on August 20, 2024 at 8:30am. Jamie and team are truly amazing, but I first have to get past the cranky receptionist! I always make a point to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived 15 minutes early again today (8:15am) for my 8:30 appointment. Unfortunately, my appointment was scheduled for 8:00am (my mistake and first time). I go to the dentist 3-4 times per year, but no longer after the cranky receptionist treated me so poorly with a bad attitude and told me to come back some other day then just looked away while snapping the words “if you don’t come back, let me know if you reconsider.” I did not reply. Sorry Jamie 😒

Dr. Kocian and her staff are all beyond amazing. Our entire family from 4 years old to adults see her and they tailor their treatment and approach specifically to each of our needs. Highly recommend for routine cleanings and extensive dental work. she has always been nothing but top notch. Super friendly staff, efficient, and clean office and treatment areas!
