Is 10 stars an option? Last week I went to JIYA for a hair transplant to correct my receding hair line. Dr. Jindal and his team are absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering a hair transplant. The entire journey, from my initial consult to the procedure itself, was a first class experience. In my consult, Dr. Jindal took the time to examine, fully explain my treatment options and answer all of my questions. On the day of my hair transplant, I was met by Dr. Jindal and team and they went above and beyond to ensure that my comfort was top priority. I recently reached out to inquire about scheduling a consultation and was very disappointed with the interaction I had with the receptionist (Kelly). From the beginning of the call, her tone was unfriendly and dismissive, which made what should have been a simple inquiry feel uncomfortable. When I asked how long the consultation would be, she stated it would be “at least 15 minutes.” I expressed that 15 minutes felt short for a consultation and shared my concern that I would hope the appointment could be longer if needed.
