JIVA HEALTH has been a disappointing experience for me. Over the past two years, I encountered ongoing issues with communication and errors related to blood work. I attempted to resolve these concerns by speaking with management; however, the issues remained unresolved. IF YOU ARE A NEW PATIENT who are referred to this office, it may be helpful to consider other options to avoid potential delays and inconvenience. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS MEDIOCRE MEDICAL OFFICE

Pro: The NP I saw was very competent Cons: They don't have basic understanding of what is covered or not by major insurance plans for services that they regularly provide. I waited 3 weeks for an in-lab sleep study only to have it canceled the day before due to them not checking insurance. I waited 3 weeks to get results back from my home sleep study. When the results were finally ready, I called the office 6 times to set up an appointment, but no one ever answered. The office itself looks and feels like a prison / empty building inside and out and the staff is very disorganized. Had to fill out a form online, only to be asked to do the same one in person. They didn't realize I was even in the (empty and kind of scary) office for 30 minutes because all the signs tell to you take a seat, bu

Kaitlyn Watkins saw me and took time to help me with my condition. She answered my questions and had many questions about my condition and overall health. The front desk staff were kind and made me feel welcomed. Aiko Loo is another practioner I know from her previous office in Alameda and online during the pandemic. She is also very kind and helpful. Staff are pleasant, organized, and efficient. I had a great experience here.
