A dental assistant at this practice dropped a heavy dental instrument on my face while I was getting 2 fillings. It got worse from there. *update* after parting ways with this office, they sent me an appointment reminder (for an appointment I obviously didn't make) because this office is horribly managed.* The dentist doing my fillings, Dr. Anita Purohit, told me that nothing was broken and asked if I was okay. I let her know I was, even though I was in some pain. She finished the fillings. My bite needed some adjustment, which she did, then assured me I could come back in and have it touched up if needed. I've always seen Dr. Zeuss here and have gotten great dental care. She is kind, patient, extremely thorough in her exams and very gentle with cleanings. She has also done some cosmetic fillings in my front teeth that turned out perfectly. My appointments always start on time and the front office is polite and efficient.

The crown I got from Dr. Haynes was not properly seated towards the gum and just 3 years after getting it, I have a cavity that formed from the gap. I had noticed the gap after the procedure but didn’t think it a big issue and didn’t ask to get it replaced but the Dr knew and decided it wasn’t a problem.

Today was the third time I used this offices' services for a dental cleaning. The first time it went OK, the second time I had an old lady taking care of it and I didn't like it, as she only used the ultrasound water scaler (you know the one... fjiiiiiiiiiiiiii). We talked about how much I dislike and how painful it can be for me. She went ahead and used it for the whole cleaning anyway. I felt discomfort and pain several times but I sucked it up this time. Today I came back because they have several dentists so it could be that someone else was taking care of me. Nope. The same old lady came and did the exact same thing. Excellent dentist office. The staff are very nice and helpful. They communicate via email and text to update you on your appointment. They are readily available at the phone for questions or scheduling. I have had a cleaning and filling with Dr. Anita. She is great. She answered all my questions and concerns and listened to me if I was feeling discomfort while in the chair. The techs are very friendly and attentive to your needs. Services are also at a good price and the scheduling is good. I had a cleaning and was able to schedule a filling like a week later. The only part I don’t love is that the building isn’t marked well and has a homeless camp in the parking lot. Overall, I’ve had a good experience here and will continue going back.
