My husband and I have been clients of Sara Hilgendorf for over 10 years. Because I see her on a regular basis, I no longer have lower back pain. She is a caring, knowledgeable and capable massage therapist and her entire team is excellent. I have now added Thai massage to my wellness plan and I almost love it more than traditional massage!
The therapist is very knowledgeable in reactivating muscle engagement. It has helped me to exercise in a better form with a stronger core engagement. The therapist has given me some home stretching exercises that help me to stay healthy. I am grateful for the care I get from this place.
Sara has been helping me for almost ten years now. Her holistic approach to wellness benefits the body and soul.
