AVOID! All those negative comments are true. I was misled into “preventative care”, later billed as diagnostic, incurring huge out-of-pocket expenses not covered by the insurance, and fraudulent credit card charge like all others had complained. I’m in the process disputing all of these. JinCare is still operating like a “scam center” by making the appointment super easy and then discards you like trash. They lied shamelessly and hung up on you when you pointed out their unethical medical practices (at least) and unauthorized charge of your credit card on file when you have actively disputed the incorrect bill and medical service without informed consent. This my second year with this office. The first annual visit was OK. But this year was a nightmare. I waited for almost 2 hours for an annual check and then was told to come back the second day for blood work. I arrived ahead of time, waited for another 1 hour to see the nurse. She tried 3 times without reaching the vein. They ended up giving me a doctor's order to do the blood work at a Labcorp location...

I visited for my annual checkup, and the doctor suggested a follow-up to explain the results. I thought it was included since it was during the checkup and I didn’t have health problems or concerns. No one informed me about the cost upfront, so I was surprised by an additional charge of over $200 for a quick result explanation. I hope the office improves transparency regarding charges. If you plan to visit, I recommend confirming all costs in advance. The visit itself was good.

Great service from the front desk staff as well as the knowledgeable husband and wife medical team. Easy to accommodate you on last minute appointment and will go out their way to really be in the clinic even if it’s their day off. They value their patients and in my case, I live in Florida and it’s really worth the trip to see them in Virginia. Beware of the Billing System.. I have been seeing Dr. Jin for a while. The doctor's treatment has always been wonderful. However, their billing system has a problem. I went there for a sick visit last week, and the day after, I received a call and was told that I hadn't paid the bill from last year (April 2023). That's ridiculous! I talked to the person on the phone, and it's impossible because I always pay my bill before walking out of the office! She even said maybe my credit card had a problem! Of course, I paid that bill and have a receipt, but the feeling that she called and asked for a payment that I had already paid from last year is unacceptable. Until now, nobody calls me back for an update yet. Very disappointed.
