Jin W Song DDS ( Carthage dental care)

Dr. Song is very gentle, kind, funny and very good at what she does. My appointments have always been super quick and I have never felt any pain. She recently extracted my wisdom teeth and she did a great job. When she numbs an area, she is very good at numbing JUST that area, so you don’t have to deal with your whole face being numb all day. Dr. Song genuinely cares about her patients and does what is in their best interest. I would definitely recommend her for any dental work. ❤️

I have been with this office for about 3 years. The best! Dr song always is honest, and treats my whole family good. She takes time out to explain to my kids how to brush and take care of their teeth. During emergencies, she squeezes us in and her phone is a personal number so she will always get back to you. I’m thankful for her for accepting Medicaid because I do not like Wilson dental. Thanks for everything.

A previous provider did some damage to my teeth by not finishing the work. Carthage dental care and their staff has been amazing from getting me in fast, and getting the insurance to approve the dental work. I really appreciate the team. Very professional place.

So from the patient that wrote this negative review, that I think is definitely uncalled for, here’s what she wrote- ** very unprofessional. telling her pregnant patients that having a cavity filled during their pregnancy will cause their unborn child to be handicapped, or have down syndrome is so wrong. and beyond false. and when an OBGYN’s office called to inform her the information she was relying to patients was completely false and WRONG- she in turn called the patient she traumatized and informed them she was dropping them and to find a new dentist.. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! i will never be allowing any of my family or friends to step foot in this office again. do better.** From my perspective as a patient who was in the office that day, I believe there may have been a misunderstanding.
