Great customer service! The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient and I did not wait long! Dr Jex is very knowledgeable and kind, his adjustments were gentle and effective. I felt a difference right away. I’m also thankful that he showed me some exercises I can do at home to strengthen my neck. I also took advantage of their new patient special and had a massage there by Andrew. Also a great experience! He was very professional and knew how to help my tight muscles to relax.

Was very Leary of some chiropractors but that went away when I had my first appointment with Dr. Jex. Absolutely a wonderful & caring Dr & facility.

A friend recommended me to Dr. Jex in 2011. I’ve been coming to him when needed since. When you first walk in your greeted by Jessica, who is so upbeat and friendly. She puts you at ease and helps you with any questions you have. Dr. Jex is amazing. He explains everything to you really well during appointment & going over the x-rays and gives suggestions of things to do at home. My 4th visit was followed by a massage, by Andy. He did a great job. I was a little sore after which I expected, but as the day went on and taking an Epsom salt bath, I feel so much better. The healing is slow but I notice a difference after every appointment, which when you’re hurting those little steps in the right direction feel huge.

I have been seeing Dr. Jex for over 20 yrs. Even though I live in Pierce county I do not mind the drive to see him and his loving staffing! They are always so warm and welcoming in-person and over-the-phone. Dr. Jex experience in chiropractic is Excellent! Many times I come away from his appointments feeling taller.
