Jewel-Osco Pharmacy

It's been years since I've sent my scripts here and now I remember why.... I had one sent here for and inhaler I needed with a steroid in it. I received a text from osco that it was $116.00 so I called osco and I spoke with I believe John was his name... And asked him if that was with my insurance and he assured me it was. I couldn't believe it, so I called CVS and they said it was $5.00! With my insurance!!!! Well I called Osco back and explained to John that it is only $5 at CVS and I was going to have it transferred and he got very rude with me and said fine and I'll make a note of it. First of all, explain to me why it would be a $111.00 difference 5 minutes away and a different pharmacy???? That is ridiculous!!!! I really don't have any issues with the place. It's the people. Very solitude attitudes over there. There's no light banter. There's just employees with a mad look on their face. Never a smile . Customer service goes a long way and they don't do their part

This isnt my usual pharmacy but Joyce was an absolute angel. I was anxious about coming out of the hospital for 4 days and they were open until 10 which helped so much since I didn't know I needed it until last minute. But she was so kind, patient, and understanding and deserves all the recognition. Thank you so much

As of lately I have had issues with every script they have tried to take care of for me. Whether they claim the script never came through from the doctor while I have to office on the line saying they do, after receiving a text it was ready for pickup, to getting texts that my script is ready just to go there and be told they don’t have it it’s an issue every time.

I have always been helped courteously and in a friendly manner. They will attempt to assist when you need a refill from your doctor. I appreciate they are in Jewel and I can skip for groceries if I need to wait for my prescription. They are also an excellent place to get your vaccinations. They have done as well as aides at my doc’s office.
