I’m writing this on behalf of my mother. She got a TB shot Saturday which went fine. It needed to be read by someone, so they scheduled a follow up for Monday. They canceled it and my mom called them back. They rescheduled for Tuesday. Then they canceled again and did not provide an alternative other than to have it read at a different Minute Clinic. My mom went to another Minute Clinic Wednesday, and was told she doesn’t have TB but they couldn’t fill out the paperwork because it had been over 72 hours. So if you need a competent, reliable, honest Minute Clinic do NOT come to this one. They will lead you on and you will have to retake the test. Now she cannot sub at the elementary school when she is needed because they require this test.
This review is photo ONLY: before I start, please note that I have not had any issues with the workers or managers. Service / Staffing is low but they are overall helpful and doing their best. Okay, this is my fourth and LAST TIME developing film at CVS (any location) I dropped off film around 3-4 weeks ago, never got a call back saying my order is ready so I had to periodically check in. This has always been the case. This time it was not the issue: the company they use mixed my photos with someone else’s. So now my photos are lost. I went back and returned the photos BUT no solution was offered. I would like to get in contact with whoever company developed the photos. If they are lost, okay. But the fact that no solution or phone # was even offered is beyond frustrating. Please save you
No other pharmacy had my non-generic prescription toothpaste. I decided to try CVS but was doubting that they would have it. I was shocked when the pharmacist told me that they had it. A big plus was they had it in stock and didn't have to order it!!
I got there 3 minutes before close, more than enough time to get my script. The pharmacist closed early and then gave me nothing but attitude when I asked a question thru the screen. He kept saying "I can't do anything because we're closed".. Like yeah no kidding so maybe don't close early. I'm not allowed to leave my job early but this doctor closes early and then gets mad like I'm the one at fault smh. What a joke
I feel like I’m being punked every time I go to this pharmacy. This is the probably fifth or sixth time that I’ve dealt with something so asinine that I can’t even explain it to my husband because he thinks I’m making it up. Right now I have three kids at home with strep throat who need amoxicillin and as the pharmacist clerk was handing me The amoxicillin for $3 the pharmacist came up and took it out out of her hands and told her that she couldn’t give it to me because it was going to be filled at a different CVS pharmacy that is 40 minutes away. I begged her to pull it over to her pharmacies since they already had it filled. She refused to do it. The pharmacist then said she would not speak to me anymore because they were too busy.
