I had a bad experience of that location only from one person always Renee. She’s the pharmacist over there. Otherwise the rest of the employees there is no problem with them. I did receive deliveries. One of the medications were one month supply, which I always get it for three month supplies. I called the pharmacy and I said that is supposed to be for three month supply you guys did one month supply The person who answered my call, her name was Nancy. She was very nice very professional, and she said she will take care of it. She will reverse the. I keep asking for auto refills, but it is always off. I always have to look up what prescription I need.

Pharmacist ‘Rene’, the rudest one here. Osco really need to replace these mannerless so called professionals. They are not doing thier job right and authorities should take action. I hope the ratings of this location pretty much explains how downfall it may head in coming years if no action is taken.

I've been telling myself to leave this pharmacy for years. The oldest male pharmacist judged me for my prescription openly some years ago. Everyone else is incredibly rude. The younger, brown haired pharmacist just raised her voice at me because I asked her to repeat herself. She wears her name tag on backwards, I wonder why!
