For anyone worried about pain during dental work, this is the place for you! Dr. Pallarca’s approach was completely painless, and she was incredibly thorough. To give you an idea of my procedure, I had a root canal done and she walked me through every step of the process so I always knew what was happening. She constantly checked in before moving on to the next step and reassured me to speak up if I felt anything at all. Hearing her say, “No, I can do that better,” was surprisingly comforting—it showed how dedicated she is to doing her best and making sure my teeth get the best care. I’m so grateful for the care I received from Dr. Pallarca and dental hygienist Mercedes. Both are thorough, professional, and take the time to educate you about your dental health. Dr. Pallarca explained everything clearly from start to finish and checked in often to ensure my comfort. Mercedes was incredibly kind, gentle, and check often to ensure my comfort as well, she was encouraging I couldn’t thank her enough. While I miss Dr. Goone and wish him a wonderful retirement, I truly feel he left us in great hands. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating, and Deborah is amazing. I’m a new patient. I set up for initial X-ray and cleaning service. I’m so pleased and impressed with their level of care, service, skill, and professionalism from the staff, Dr. Pallarca, and the hygienist (Mercedes). They took a lot of images and carefully reviewed them, shared all the information with me, and clearly described my teeth’s condition and the plans that I can take, and future treatments to prevent further damages, and even to correct issues. The cleaning process was done with such care and attention, without a rush. I wish I was their patient for all these years. But it is never too late to find the dentist and dental center so good.
