Jewel-Osco Pharmacy

I have been so frustrated with my old pharmacy's lack of responsiveness and initiated a transfer to this Jewel Pharmacy. They waited on the phone for 2 hours to get ahold of my old pharmacy to complete the transfer. (This was after I had given my old pharmacy Jewel Pharmacy's phone number, and they promised me they would call 🤦🏼‍♀️). I am already so grateful for the support and communication I have received.

Good staff and consistent service. I just wish they would do something about the people who hang around outside…this is a great neighborhood.

Sherlin was extremely helpful and kind and understanding! Update today - Patricia in the Pharmacy customer service is excellent! I continue to be amazed at the level of care the pharmacy provides. Please acknowledge this team as they are what keeps this great service great! I can go anywhere to get my rx, but I stay here for a reason : )

I go out of my way to go to this pharmacy despite being really far from my home, I prefer this location because the pharmacists and techs are knowledgeable and proactive in helping patients get their prescriptions affordably and timely by knowing about common insurance hurdles that would (and have regularly in my case) caused others like Walgreens to flat out be incapable of filling critical prescriptions that are time sensitive. I wish they were open 24/7 but I'll take quality over quantity anytime. Please keep these practitioners happy, losing them would be a disservice to not only the immediate neighborhood but surrounding ones as well, since there are people such as myself commuting here from multiple neighborhoods over explicitly to be helped by them.

I am very appreciative of the team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians at this location. As a longtime customer, they have been patient and responsive to my individual and/or shifting needs, and this keeps me coming back. Jewel also has the best pharmacy rewards program I’m aware of. I’ve saved a lot of money on groceries over the years using their refill-based (5:1) 20% off entire store purchase coupon. Participating in the coupon program takes additional time from staff and I’m grateful for this and all of their help.
