I love this Naperville Jewel's...Nancy is an outstanding manager. She's always so sweet & nice...no matter how busy the day may be...she always greet you with the biggest smile & even friendlier hello. Nathan & Sean are also amazing individuals. They work with such grace & professionalism...always willing to extend a helping hand. Thank you guys😊

Most of the people working here are great. The people doing vaccines are fantastic. But there is one tech who is consistently grumpy and rude for seemingly no reason. My husband and I have both had bad experiences with her. Don't know her name, but we call her Karen. Just transferred my last prescription from here because of her.

The pharmacist and the entire pharmacy staff was very helpful, polite and professional. I was there for my Covid, Flu shots and a prescription. The pharmacist AS-AS went beyond her duty to talk to my Dr. for the proper dosage of my medication.

Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. I often run to obtain prescriptions for my sick children right after their doctor’s visits. They always fill in the spot or within 10 minutes.

Waited nearly an hour for flu shots (with appointment) in September and waited 30+ minutes today for covid shots, also with appointment. Long line for prescription pick ups as well. Staff is friendly and helpful, but they are understaffed and need extra team members!
