Jewel-Osco Pharmacy

I typically like door dashing loved one’s flowers for special occasions as a little gift. Recently I ordered a set of flowers from this Jewel Osco Flower-Shop and the amount I paid for the bouquet received did not make sense. I paid around $27 for the bouquet and “service fee” and I received 3 lillie’s and 6 roses…not even a full dozen combined. This is disappointing to say the least.

Osco pharmacy dipensed the wrong pills in my perscription bottle. I called to complain. Pharmacist Justin H. told me that "it happens from time to time and you will be okay, even if you took some." I got very ill. Called back. No one seemed to care. No one apologized. No report had been made. I asked for the contact number of the manager. Justin refused.This is an unsafe place to get a perscription filled! "It happens from time to time...???" Six of the pills in my bottle were the wrong medication. They were the same size, shape and color as my medication, but had different numbers and letters on the pill. This place is a disaster, loses meds, fails to ship paid meds, lies about policy, charges you multiple times, etc. I encourage everyone that has had a serious issue to report them.

When hours are on the website then maybe a pharmacy should be open at the time that is posted on the website. The manager needs to make sure their employees are open at the time that is posted.
