Staff is nice, but do they do there job? I don’t think so. I go visit my family up there and he’s unable to speak, and one hand is always balled up, therefore it’s gonna need cleaning. Can anybody please explain to me why MY MOTHER had to do the nurses JOB and even tell them his hands needed to be cleaned? It was disgusting, and they could’ve done so much better.

I was there for 20 days, the staff was wonderful! Physical Therapy was very helpful and they have a great deal of patience. Thank you to everyone there that took the time to be nice, respectful, and took care of my every need.

Jesup Health and Rehab has been a blessing for us. Their entire staff is built with helpful, exemplary professionals who take pride in their workplace environment and provide quality and compassionate care for their residents. The administration is knowledgeable, attentive to patient needs and requirements, and work vigorously with families of residents to provide the best possible care during their loved one's stay. We will be eternally grateful for the support and care given both our father and our family during his final days. The family of William Ridenour Jr highly recommended this facility.

I was there for 18 days, I was treated with respect and everyone was extremely professional, did their jobs over and beyond, I also noticed how they treated other patients, treated them with respect as well as caring for them, i thank everyone, and I mean everyone, for the friendliness and kindness of the staff.

Horrible experience. There are problems with every aspect of this facility. Nothing is without problems. Food is often cold when served, prescriptions were never filled and if so, changed. Roommates were filthy. Etc. It was just a Horrible experience and I would never go back.
