Jesup Pediatrics

We were coming here for about 2 years but then stopped because each time we came it’d be the same thing. The nurse that does the shots wouldn’t even say anything to us. My husband and I always felt like we were bothering her. She never smiled it seemed like she hated her job. I really dreaded coming here because of her. Also there’s a lady in the front that checks us out with pixie haircut that is rude and cuts me off when speaking also has attitude. Even though I had bad experiences with them. Dr Daniel and Dr. Kyle were always so informative and really friendly. The lady who’d always wear a ponytail who would check us in was always so nice too. We left now but hopefully they improve for their new patients

The Dr. is awesome with my son and is always friendly and helpful. My only complaint is reception. The older woman with a pixie hair cut is always rude towards me. Cuts me off when speaking and overall a disrespectful tone. I called today to schedule my son’s appointment and the woman on the phone was short and hung up on me before I knew we were done. No “have a nice day” or “okay I’ve got you all taken care of” just “okay” and she hung up. I send my husband in with my son most times because of this. I’m not sure if it’s lack of professionalism or lack of respect for others but it should definitely be addressed. I love this office because of the Dr but have been considering switching providers because of the interactions I’ve had with the women working reception.

I'm honestly shocked this place has 4 stars. We went in as a new patient and the front desk staff was amazing. However the nurse we had was not. Not personable at all, seemed agitated and seemed to just simply not care. The place was FILTHY! dust bunnies and gunk on the floor like they haven't swept or mopped in months. The exam table was falling apart, the bungie rope that was holding the paper on was moldy and disgusting. The Dr that came in (Dr Kyler i think his name was) didn't use gloves when he touched my 4 month old son, I didn't see him sanitize his hands when he left either. You can tell the money is not going into the business but their pockets, especially since we saw the Dr leave in a mozarodi. Will not be coming back, I'd rather drive 40 min to at least get a clean facility to

I brag about this office all the time! My son is autistic and doctor visits is one of his biggest struggles. The entire office, Nurses and Doctors are always understanding and patient with him. Regardless of his meltdowns! This Pediatric office was the first medical facility that heard my concerns and helped me get my son the proper diagnosis/services. I’m incredibly thankful and appreciative, I will continue to recommend other parents to this Pediatric office. Shout out to Nurse Bobby, she is awesome at returning phone calls, hearing concerns and helping with resources! Overall 10/10, no complaints.

I am absolutely livid. I had heard some mixed reviews about this pediatrician, but we moved to jesup, and wanted to establish a pediatrician here, plus both my children have adhd and needed refills. I called 3 weeks and scheduled an intake visit, I explained that my kids needed to see the dr bc their meds needed to be filled by sept 13. They said ok no problem. I also explained that I had some concerns with the meds my daughter is on. They again said, no problem, that the dr would definitely address my concerns. Went to the intake appointment last week. Everyone was very nice. I again explained my kids were on meds for their adhd and that I needed to schedule an appointment to handle their med refill and address the concerns about the meds my daughter is on.
