They told me my insurance would cover my lens replacement surgery- guess what - it didn't! $350 for a co-pay for facility fees they never mentioned. I have Humana Insurance. My fault - I should have contacted them first. My new lens cost $6000 out of pocket. My wife recently had a checkup with Dr. Mark. How come she saw someone else? We are paying to see Dr. Mark , not someone else. Looks like it's time to find another eye doctor. I would like to add that I recently received a bill that was 5 months old for $60.00 - so everyone be forewarned about their low life billing practices.

Disorganised and unconcerned about the lack of professionalism on the part of staff. I split my visit in half and was taken to 3 exam rooms 2 stations and 2 waiting areas after being called back. At the last exam room and an hour half of waiting and being examined the tech exclaims “they didn’t do one of my test.” Another tech, “what are we doing?” Another, “were you dilated? Let me go and ask.” Your going to room 305, peeks in there are patients okay, seats me outside the door. Get to the cashier. Were you charged? Just to share a few of areas of frustration from this visit.

Dr Mark and the technicians did an excellent job. What I was not pleased with was having to wait a half hour to be taken back for my check up. My appointment was at 10 am and I wasn't taken back until 10:30. Why can't timing be more coordinated?

I've been seeing Dr. Mark for several years and highly recommend her. She is very thorough in providing regular eye exams and monitoring me for glaucoma suspect. She takes the time to explain and answer questions.

I concur with all of the other 5 star reviews. Dr Mark always seems to have as much time as needed to explain. She explains in understandable terms. In addition to being knowledgeable and professional, Dr Mark is personable. I highly recommend her.
