My experience with Jessica has been fantastic. She’s thorough, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about getting you the care you need. Highly recommend.

If you care about your health please do not see her. She is more concerned with not wanting to do paperwork. She disregards pertinent medical information and is very sarcastic. She refuses to listen to the patient. Just very dismissive in general. Doesn't treat mental health with compassion but definitely willing to prescribe medications. This facility may not be aware how she mocks patients seeking care. Jessica Krop also seems to be selectively kind.

This appointment with Jessica Krop left me feeling extremely gaslit, dismissed, disrespected, and more confused than when I arrived. It was an incredibly upsetting and invalidating experience . It was one of the most frustrating and disempowering medical appointments I have ever had in my life

Jess is incredible and if you get the opportunity to see her you won't regret it!! Absolutely amazing provider!!! She has been a godsend! Flowers, she definitely deserves flowers!!
