First of all she was 40 mins late for my appointment. Second even though she had a chart right in front of her....she had no idea why I was there and what she was supposed to do. I said I need a brace. She was very unpleasant and seemed irritated that I bothered her. So after 5 mins with me she measured me for the brace, did not have one in stock told me she call me when it came in. Never heard again. That was February, so I called last month got the receptionist who said she would relay a message and have Jessica call me back. Not a single word. I tried to call her office right now and she's not there no answering machine.
