Horrible physician. I went to see her because I’ve had pain on my left hip for months. After getting the X-rays, she came in and was so vague about what was wrong with my hip. I asked her what it looked like and she said AVN, but she wanted an MRI and a handful of blood tests before moving forward. I left extremely disappointed with her vagueness and decided to take a look at the medical notes. Well, in the notes she wrote that I have AVN stage IV — collapsed joint! Why did she not tell me that right away so I could deal with it appropriately? Obviously, I did not waste time and saw two orthopedic surgeons who said my hip was collapsed and THR surgery is the only treatment. Neither wanted an MRI since the X-ray shows AVN stage IV VERY clearly — would have wasted so much money and time! Her

I left a 1 star review to this Dr. yesterday unaware that she would call me the next day to harass me and disturb my surgery recovery. What doctor does that? Instead of apologizing for her mistakes, she went on to make more, all the while knowing I just had surgery. She lied saying that she did tell me my AVN stage. Claims her goal was to delay surgery with alternative treatment to avoid THR. Did she completely ignore the fact that this condition does not get better and hinders quality of life and a THR gives quality of life back to patients? Is she that out of touch with a patient’s well being that she would be totally okay with a patient staying with a collapsed joint, risking further pelvis damage and being bound to a wheelchair? Dr. Adam was such a warm, compassionate provider. She really stands out. She listened, answered my questions. Truly a caring doctor.

Dr. Adam is an amazing provider! Highly recommend to anyone who has a complex situation, or needs compassionate, but effective care! Dr. Adam always remembers my history, is up-to-date on the most current processes, and will never speak outside her scope, but always provides relevant and trustworthy referrals. And her follow up appointment scheduling times are always available, with minimal wait times, and a variety of hours and locations. Her staff is extremely helpful. The wait times are seldom long. And she always has a positive vibe and energy! Highly recommended!

Dr. Jessalynn Adam had an excellent approach to treating my condition. She used all the tools at hand like X-rays, taking the fluid out of my affected part..thus relieving me of pain but at the same time help identifying the root cause. She did not treat my acute condition in isolation but kept in view of my other conditions which could have influenced it as well. Above all, she was highly impressive in her patience, in her medical knowledge and field.
