Jersey Shore Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center

This place is awful, don't send anyone you care about here. My mom spent 27 days here for rehab following a hospital stay. Her room was disgusting, filthy. No paper towels in the bathroom for 3 days straight. Even though theres signs all over about hygine and washing hands. Feces smeared on the wall by the garbage can for 3 days.There was still dirty silverware, personal items, sheets, etc left from the last patient who occupied that bed. Also still had that person's clothes in the closet. After the 5th day of it still laying there, I had to clean it all up myself and ask repeatedly for the closet was cleaned out. They failed to arrange transport for all 3 of the doctor visits she had while she was there. All were pre scheduled. They were very aware of them before hand and advised they wou

I Went to see a good friend at this facility. The sign in was quick and easy. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. No complaints whatsoever!

The staff was friendly & very helpful and the patients/clients looked happy & well taken care of.

We try to make pap part of every occasion. Today we celebrated our grandaughters 11th Birthday with him included!

New management staff that were super kind and helpful today as my first time there as travel agency. Revamping the entire facility and a work in progress, but they seem like genuine people that actually care about their jobs, and again, they were super nice and helpful!
