I had a very negative experience at the drive-thru pharmacy window today (September 8th - at the Jersey Shore, PA location). The employee working the window (named Pam) was extremely rude, unprofessional, and spoke to me in a snarky and dismissive tone. I understand that pharmacies can be busy and stressful, but there is no reason for customers to be treated in such a disrespectful manner. As a customer, I expect clear communication and courtesy, and this interaction left me feeling frustrated and undervalued. I received a call at 4:20pm from who I assume to be a pharmacy technician regarding seizure medication that is newly prescribed to my dog, Maggie. She informed me that it was being filled then and would be ready in 5 minutes. I didn’t actually get to the store until around 5pm, so w
Call system is a joke. Can't speak with anyone with out giving birth day. Birth day is associated with phone number. I guess the forgot that phone numbers could have been associated with other people in the past. Would not allow me to speak with anyone.
Always have my meds and store is clean easy parking

My prescription wasn't ready today and CVS employee said it would be filled tomorrow but seeing as I was their today they filled it why I waited
