2/12/2026 I had an appointment with Dr. Viktor Sulovari scheduled for 11:30 AM. The initial check-in and X-rays went smoothly, but the wait afterward was nearly two hours. From what I’ve seen in the reviews, not respecting appointment times seems to be a common theme at this office. What bothered me most was the lack of communication — I would’ve appreciated if someone had simply given me an ETA or updated me on the delay. Instead, I was left waiting and making eye contact with the front desk, unsure of when the great Sulovari would finally see me. When I finally expressed my disappointment, I was told the doctor was ready to see me — but after being seated in the exam table, I waited another ten minutes while he continued working on another patient. Dr.Garcia is A1!! I've been going to her since I was a kid.. Her hands are gentle and shes so considerate about your comfort.. i now bring my autistic kid to her and shes great with her! Love her!

My appointment is 10:30AM and now almost 12PM, they got me wait for 1 hour in waiting area and 20 minutes more in the room. Terrible service. Please don’t come to this location. My last visit here

While I appreciate the doctors at this practice, I find the staff to be quite rude. My entire family — including my husband and two older sons — has been coming here for years. At one point, we went an entire year without appointments because every time we called to schedule, the phone would just ring endlessly with no answer. Eventually, I had to switch providers so my children could be seen elsewhere. One day, I called randomly and was surprised to actually reach someone, so we decided to return. Given how difficult it is to get through by phone, I now schedule all our family appointments on the same day. Today, we had to bring our 19-month-old (who is also a patient here) with us. While we were in the waiting room, we were told to stand in the hallway because the baby was supposedly “
