I’m not the type of person that like to do this and specially cause I know the owner and I don’t like to give bad reviews about people business first I will like to say I’m a cancer survivor I been going to this pharmacy literally sense they opened up I’m not going to lie the two girls that be in the front is very nice and respectful towards their patients and also the I think he’s African pharmacist but there is another pharmacist which is a female that is very unprofessional in which if she feels like filling your script it has to be up to her for instance I’m there recently she tells me she doesn’t have the medicine so I told her the other lady which is one of the nice girls said she was going to do so she still told me she didn’t have it so I leave the store I guess she asked her then

My mother needed medication delivered to her from this pharmacy and she called every day for over a week and every day they told her it’d be delivered the next day. They did not care to investigate where the medication was. Now we’ve been having to go through the stressful ordeal of trying to locate the medication from the courier service. A representative from the courier informed us that they’d been given the wrong address by the pharmacy. Almost two weeks later we are still waiting for the medication from this NJLS courier. Needless to say, this could negatively be affecting her health if not taken. Unacceptable. They need to do better and hold the courier service accountable. We will be switching pharmacies due to the lack of care shown. NJLS is also a terrible courier and they need to

I took a COVID test 3 days before my flight and was told I would get the results the next day. It’s now the day before my flight and I haven’t gotten any results. And On top of that they were closed by 6pm on Saturday when the website says they close at 7pm and now Imight not be allowed to fly because they told me on Saturday morning it would take an hour and a half to get the results. The lady told me she would be calling me back and everytime I called no one answered the phone and then closed early.

Dealing with this place is like playing the shell game . Send them a prescription it goes someplace else to be filled then they wait for it to come back or be delivered to your house . Why can’t I give you the paper and you put pills in a jar and hand it to me like every place else? Definitely something not right here and you get a different story from each person you talk to

Went in for cough medicine and was quoted $20 for it. I walked out. This is why I rather big corp pharmacies. Small business overcharge and it’s crazy. Last time ever coming here. I ended up going to CityMD and getting prescribed medicine all in which came up to less than the bottle of cough medicine…
