My daughter has been going here since a new born she is now 18 years old. I'm sure going to miss one person in particular Mary a nurse there who is the most loving hard working and so helpful with all the special needs patients that go here. she has been an employee there more then 20 years and has seen my daughter grow up I'm sure going to miss her. My daughter has be a patient for the past 9 yrs. Today I brought my daughter in for a sick visit. I was placed in an exam room for 1hour 15 minuets for a strep swab. My daughter had a 102 temp and she did not receive Tylenol till and hour after in the exam room. To top it off the doctor stated that it may be mono, I asked her if they have the rapid mono test and she stated that thier is not such thing as a rapid mono test. I my self work at an urgent care center and we care rapid mono tests. So she is totally wrong. So after waiting for a total of 2 hours we left with no RX medication and was told to give he Tylenol. What a waist of time. This office has changed through out the years but today was by far the worst medical care ever. I will be looking for another pediatric office for my dau

We have been going to the Total Care Pediatrics for my daughters for 5+ years. Off late, they are charging exorbitant rates for normal fever as well. For the first visit and two following visits for one instance of fever, we are charged $720 (after network discount this came to $500). The lab work is charged by the lab btw. The follow-up visits where the doctor gives less than 5 minutes are charged much higher than the first visit. 2 years back these numbers are somewhere between $150-$200 with each visit around $55. When I tried to ask the clinic ... they ask you to go to billing dept and billing dept asks you to go to the clinic and ask. They say billing codes are different ... I have asked what those billing code mean ... the representatives have have no idea . They create a case and do

The staff is extremely helpful. All doctors on staff are amazing! Wait time is never too long appointment or not. Walk-ins welcomed. They take most if not all insurances.

the only place in Jersey city u can get free kid vacacines, only need to pay visit fee and service fee. no need to wait long here. doctors are all old which is both good and bad. $150 for each visit
