If I could given this place zero stars I would have!!! The receptionist is beyond rude and unprofessional! My wife and I brought our child in and she told me I couldn’t assist my family in picking out glasses! She is very rude and speaks to people like they are below her! If you can help it DO NOT COME HERE!!! Go somewhere, where people appreciate your business and treat you with hospitality!

Worst eye place ive ever dealt with they never answer there phone how do you guys have a buisness and cant even answer your phone ive been calling all month to talk to somebody I dont have transportation to just come in as I please an make an app

I have called several times to schedule appointments for my children but they never answer the phone. I make sure to call before they close for lunch and they don't answer the phone. I am now looking for a new optometrist for my kids because I don't have time for this.

Ive been coming here since 2010 when i had my first born child, love mr jerome and his daughter amanda. Never have i had to have my eyes dialated coming here, my kids and i both are patients here. Glasses come in an timely manner Staff are always nice Only con: NOBODY ever answers the phone !! Always have to wait on an call back and thats an hit or miss.

That was the worst people you can ever work with when it was just sitting down all day. They actually took a hour break and didn’t even want to answer one question during a whole hour when they had nothing to do in the beginning of the day and the long run this was the worst place I have ever been to and I have been in a medical field now over 17 years if you want to take you or your family there I advise you not to🥶😞
