Jerome Medical Center

I’ve been going to this place for years and I finally decided not to go anymore. I’m a young gay man who wants to stay on top of my health but the people that work here and the doctor have made it so difficult for me. Hanging my calls when I call to make appoitments and having to wait for months to see the doctor because he’s always on vacation. Not to mention the way they made me feel whenever I go for physicals or check ups. Not the best place for someone who’s looking to be treated like a descent human being.

Receptionist in this place are unprofessional and rude, many patients make complaints about this, but nobody cares also recepcionist ask you if you feel really sick go to urgentcare or hospital's emergency, they said the clinic is only for simple simptoms. This is unacceptable situation.

This clinic is the worst !!!!!! They’re appointments take forever plus if you walk in you’re always late .... they said the latest is 11 am i walked in at 10:50 am and they still denied a chance for me to see the doctor this was the second time i tried... i don't even know why they opened this clinic if they do not want to work ....im switching to a better clinic ...

I went to this office today for an appointment M.D Glendalyz Alberto treated me with such disrespect It was unbelievable she told me and I quote “ You have no rights” I’m taking away your rights, her professional misconduct towards me was so violating, she then refused me any medical care and threw me out her office after calling the police. Please be aware of the medical clinic, above all things they are so disrespectful, and DO NoT abide by NYC HIPPA LAWS

Some of the most unprofessional healthcare- no, LIFE- experiences I’ve had the misfortune to suffer through. If Zero or negative stars were available, you’d see it. I’d rather have the plague, actually.
