Coming from work after a long day. Tried to pick up a package at the pharmacy connect with the Ups store. Provided my ticket and photo ID A rude unintelligent woman dressed in green 5’4 height curly hair took my information and just says the package isn’t here. She proceeds to walk away and not provide further information of what to do. Never want to visit this pharmacy ever again.

The Pharmacist and Staff at Jerome Drugs are amongst the best in the industry. They really care about their customers and go above and beyond to satisfy customers. I have been a satisfied customer for several years and will continue to be a customer, even if I moved out of the neighborhood. It would be worth the trip to continue dealing with them as my pharmacy. It's rare today to find the kind of service they provide.

Pharmacist decided to be rude and dismissive over an incorrect price and instead of talking to me like a civil person he decided to be a jerk and stare down at his computer while addressing me. That kind of disrespect at a local pharmacy is ignorant. You have to deal with this community and you gain nothing but a bad reputation by blatantly being disrespectful and unapologetic for it as well

Jerome Drugs staff’s level of customer service is commendable, and they even send text alerts when it is time to pick up your medicine. Their only fault is limited medical inventory, they are a small pharmacy so they don’t carry a large verity of medical supplies and some times they are short on medication, but they always make sure to reimburse you for the inconvenience.

I have been at this place since 2000 and I could tell you the there services are great,the customer service on all departments, for me I could tell you the they make me feel like family. I recommend Jerome Drugs, medice always on time and if you forget the day of pick up your medication, guess what, They always text and call you to let you know they are ready to pick up. Great Service, better then the you cannot beat.
