Jeri is a nice optometrist, but she charged me for a contact lens exam and didn't fit me with a proper set of contacts. Several months later, I followed up to get fitted with a better sample pair and her office refuses to do so without paying for another fitting. Unfortunately they didn't have samples of my contacts on hand and needed to order them which lead to an initial delay in fitting. The second time I tried to pick up the samples and the office staff left prior to closing hours. Several months have passed and the office refuses to properly fit me with lenses without charging me again. If you want an optometrist that wont take accountability and will use excuses to charge you more money for services you paid for, look no further.

I have consulted with Dr. Jeri Graham several times, for several years. By far, the best optometrist I have ever known. With the highest level of knowledge and professionalism, she also excels in patience and care. I am extremely thankful for the amazing care that I receive from Dr. Jeri and her staff.

Havent had an eye exam in 5 years, was a bit nervous but the staff was AMAZING!! Michelle was so kind and assured me that everything would be just fine. Kathy explained step by step each test. Dr. Graham was AWESOME. She explained everything. I could NOT praise these ladies enough. Will definitely be back for future vision check ups. Ladies, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My friend had a hard to fit multifocal lens fitted with the doctor successfully. Sadly I could NOT deal with the poor greeting and personnel lacking basic good manners. Just went to another specialist for my Hard to fit GP lenses.

Amazing Doctor! She takes all the time needed to answer all your questions and to help you to feel comfortable and choose the best for your needs. All her staff is very nice, helpful . Glad that I found Dr.Graham.
