My appointment was at 9:00 AM, but I wasn’t seen until 10:15. The staff was extremely rude from the moment I arrived. I came in for a fractured toe and even brought my ER X-rays, but when the doctor finally came in (without even introducing himself), he told me he “couldn’t see anything” and that the ER must have misdiagnosed me. He then insisted I pay $70 out of pocket for another X-ray. After waiting again, he came back in practically laughing and said, “Oh, you do have a fracture.” Instead of apologizing or showing concern, he told me it would “heal on its own” and mocked me for using a knee scooter, saying I was being “extra.” This, after he himself had said I shouldn’t be on my foot for 6–8 weeks. This doctor is whacked and a quack My hammer toe surgery has to be done over because this doctor did not do it right my toes are more painful and curled then when I came to see the doctor And the doctors schedule nurse Jessica is so unprofessional. The day of my surgery she called and asked me to come in early I couldn’t I already had my ride lined up she was so rude to me !!! Doctor and his staff are no good !!!!!!

Front deak lady with glasses was rude and claimed she couldn't see me cause my id I've been to every other app with no issue she seemed like she was haveung a bad day
