Your office made me wait three months for an initial appointment. Then once there was seen by a NP that had to continuously say she had to talk to the doctor. Then made me redo tests because I was not told initially that I had to be off of specific medications to do the tests. Was told on Christmas Eve that I likely had a rare tumor, then when second set of tests were ordered over a week later via an email, not even a phone call, then had to wait almost a month for an appointment to go over my results, at which time they brushed everything off and said my results say my symptoms have nothing to do with the endocrine system and that I needed to go back to my normal doctor. I felt like I was the gum on the bottom of their shoe and that my health issues were nothing. I would never go back the

I absolutely love this office, they are always kind and caring which you don’t see a lot of anymore in the medical field. The staff is always smiling and so sweet, my Dr is Jenny and she’s the coolest, she cares about my treatment plan and it shows.

I love my doctor, her and I work well together. Jenny Ross is a blessing to me.

She is down to earth, sweet and knowledgeable. I havent found anyone I like since Sharon retired and Jenny Ross has came through for me. I'm glad to have a Dr again that I can go to comfortably.

My appointment with Dr. Ross, was good. But, the experience with the front desk afterward left a lot to be desired. Dr. Ross to me to come back in 3 weeks for a follow up appointment with my regular physician to review my blood pressure numbers, but the front desk person refused to schedule an appointment with him and insisted that I could only come back to see a nurse.
