Jenny Chen Pediatric and Family Dentistry

One star might be way too much. People are nice, Daniel is very professional, kind, and understanding. But Jesus Christ. MY FILLING HAS FALLEN OUT 3 times ALREADY ( not done by Daniel but by someone else ). I don’t even eat hard things. I did research on my habits because I considered the fact that maybe it was me. Nope, I have learned that if while I was flossing the floss gets stuck or like a ‘“snag” is happening, it’s because the filling wasn’t filed down correctly. Also I dismissed this but after reading other reviews, other people had the same issue. I was told I had 4 cavities at first by someone different. Then I was told by another I had 9- so they scheduled me for 9. The filling that fell out hurts beyond belief. It’s so sensitive when I breathe! Also when Jenny Chen was there NON

Very welcoming office with attentive staff. The dental assistant is very gentle and friendly to make my 6 year old son feel comfortable. The dentist also was very servicing. Thank you for a wonderful first visit to your office

Turned our appointment down for 220pm we got there at 228pm coming from another appointment. I asked about their schedualing window she said its 10 mintues. Okay so why are we setting a whole new appt to have to come back. This isnt the first time at this place with schedualing problems.

Dr J Chen’s office is the 🤮 DIRTIEST, most UNHYGIENIC medical office I have ever has the misfortune to see. I moved and based on location went to this office. Building looks run down and a sign in the lobby reads “Pls don’t pick at the chairs!” because the ancient pleather chairs are crumbling. Appt came and I was escorted through to my chair on a sopping wet, dirty floor. Have NEVER seen such a dirty floor in ANY medical place, including my veterinarian. The tray, the walls, counter, and the floor were all dirty- even the ceiling light had 4 dead bugs and 2 large brown stains on ceiling tiles. I asked about tray and was told they couldn’t remove the stains??? How about getting new trays, then?? The dental hygienist DOES NOT 😳wear gloves or sanitize hands while handling your tools, gauze,

I used to visit this dentistry when I was younger, and I would not recommend it to anyone. As a teenager, I expressed my concern about a tooth that had a brown spot on it, which I knew was not normal. Jenny Chen told me it was nothing to worry about and that it was simply a stain. Fast forward to my next check-up, when I was told that half of my tooth was decayed due to a cavity. This dentistry is a joke! They are also not gentle with children. Please do not come here!
