Senior Fit Physical Therapy

Sr Fit is aptly named. They cater to seniors. I had a very good experience there. Tim was patient and quickly understood my situation and developed several exercises to address issues with my back and also for general flexibility and fitness. All of the exercises he provided can be done at home so I can continue with my own therapy.

Highly recommend Sr. Fit! I got a “miracle” cure for my painful SI joint issue; started to feel healing in just a few sessions and pain free in a few weeks. Love that clients are all seniors!

Each and every staff member is exceptional, to include the therapists, assistants, and office staff. I initially spoke with Tim, and I liked his manner and what he had to say. He told me that no matter who I was assigned to on any given day, I would hgave their attention 100% of time during my visit. For me, that was important, because I wanted to make sure I did my exercises correctly and also I didn't want to get lost in the shuffle. The therapists literally stand with you during your appointment, and have your full list of exercises/stretches. I particularly like that after every piece of equipment I use or table I sit on, they clean that item for the next client. While I can't say that having to do PT is necessarily a pleasure, I can say that my time in therapy was a pleasant experience. The facility is clean and bright, but it is the therapists that make Senior Fit a great experience. They work with you on a one-on-one basis, never pushing you to do more than you are capable of but encourage you to do your best to insure your recovery. All in all my time in rehab was a good experience. I highly recommend their services.

I went to Senior fit as part of my recovery from a horse accident that resulted in four broken bones in my back. Tim did an amazing job getting me back to full strength. As a side benefit, he prescribed some stretching to help knee pain I’ve had for a few years and it helped! I was very impressed with the approach of the entire staff and the positive atmosphere of the practice. I would highly recommend Senior Fit.
