Jennifer Lee, the audiologist, was thoughtful and cautious. She ensured that I was prepared for her to turn on. I was shocked to find out that my current cochlear implant was still working. I couldn't wait for my next appointment with Dr. Jen to have the pitch added to the electrode again, and I still can't wait.

Jennifer Lee was extremely professional, kind & considerate of my wellbeing. She explained everything in great detail making me feel comfortable as well as answering all my questions making sure that I understood what she was explaining. I would recommend her to everyone if they’re looking for help with hearing, Tinnitus, and/or anything else requiring testing of the ear!

She took lots of time to get my Osia and all it's gadgets connected to my cheep phone, and make sure I knew how they worked. The Osia heard amazing too. On my follow up I was impressed that I could have her adjust how I heard my own voice.

Jennifer always took care to read my hearing with professionalism and respect. She also showed kindness, care post surgery and excitement as my hearing improved. She was encouraging as I initially doubted the success of the surgery. She even went as far as to ask the others around the office to quiet down so the test wasn't thrown off course. Things went very well.
