Like all the reviews!! excellent experience with the office staff and Dr Ramsower. The best 1st office visit I have ever been to. Dr Ramsower has an amazing ability to make you feel like you are really being treated for your symptoms instead of masking them like other doctors. If you are having dry eye symptoms, you have come to the right place. The staff will reassure you that you will find relief here with Dr. Ramsower. First things first, I have been to countless eye doctors over the years for my severe eye issues. Dr. Ramsower and her office game me the most thorough exam I have ever had. I was given treatment options I had not seen at any other office as well. It was a great first visit and I will be going back. It’s a 2 hour drive for me but we’ll worth it!

To begin, the office is very clean and doesn't look like a doctors office. It looks more like a lounge at a library. Also come the staff is top notch. I walked in and was astonished by the level of service by both her assistant and the doctor itself. They gave me a treatment plan and several options on where I could go as far as my treatment plan. Finally, it's a convenient location because it's easily accessible for mentally challenged people like myself that feel a lot of anxiety when we have to walk a long way.

Dr. Ramsower is very thorough in her examination. She has an exceptional bedside manner and explains her findings in a way that a patient understands. I would definitely give her a five plus star rating if one was a available.

Dr. Ramsower is caring and knowledgeable! Her staff is thoughtful and efficient. I highly recommend her and her services!
