I went to Dr. Blue for help with my sciatica. Back in June 2024, I was still close to my heaviest weight and dealing with stiffness all over. He worked on improving my range of motion and encouraged me to keep moving forward with my weight loss journey. What I appreciated most was how understanding and supportive he was. He also prescribed medication before my trip to Hawaii to help prevent a flare-up, which tremendously eased the nerve irritation and made the trip so much more comfortable. Dr. Blue’s kindness, patience, and genuine care really made a difference. I’m grateful for all his help.

Searched for a doctor specifically through my insurance plan to ensure I had in network care. Tried multiple times to upload my insurance card without success. Get a call the day of the appt asking how I would pay. I wxplain through my insurance. The receptionist tells me they dont accept my specific HMO, ANYMORE only PPO, and she doesnt know why that keeps happening. Ask her, wait, so this is an ongoing issue you've had multiple times. She skips over and simply asks if I want to pay $180 out of pocket instead. Absolutely not. Go to their website, no mention of being PPO specific, only the insurance company name and to check with your insurance to ensure they are in network. As I specifically searched through my insurance, I'm not sure how else I could have verified they were in netwrok.

Dr. Blue is by far, the most amazing doctor I’ve been to in terms of empathy, beside manner, proactiveness, and comprehensiveness. He even told me to call him anytime and send a message in the portal if there were any questions. He responds right away. Highly, highly recommend.
