Dr. Jeffrey D. Schultz did an extraction and bone graft on one of my bottom molars. The office was very unfriendly - no sympathy whatsoever for my fear and needle phobia. Told them several times I was scared, they didn't care. Dr. Shultz gave me injections on both sides of the tooth, but they had only put numbing jell on one side - and didn't warn me. As a result, the injection hurt worse than any pain I've ever felt at the dentist. Supposedly had me on nitrous, but I could barely feel it. And in the midst of the work, he paused to take a phone call!! To top it all off, I found out today from another dentist's office that an insufficient amount of bone graft material was put in, and will need to be augmented when I finally get the implant! I think Dr. Schultz is, great and I recommend HIM. However, I was so close to having an argument with the person at the front desk. Although paperwork was filled out and information was given to her, she continued to ask the same questions over and over. Date of birth, patient relationship to insurance card holder... It was very annoying and I feel it was very unprofessional to yell out for information back and forth. I would have a hard time returning just because of that.

This review is for the front desk lady. Whoever the receptionist/front desk person is, needs an attitude check. it was going to be my first time but after having her attitude towards me I just said never mind.

Got top 2 wisdoms teeth taken out the other day was fast and professional. I hate trips to the dentist office but Dr. Shultz made it enjoyable.

The best oral surgeon I have ever had. I had a painless extraction while awake. Thank you!
