JeffExpress Urgent Care-West End

Krysta Hendershot was literally the saving grace for my latest experience at the JeffExpress West end location. I understand you are in a transition, but just signing in was rough, however Krysta Hendershot(Nurse I believe) was amazing and deserves special recognition. The behavior she exhibited should be care standard.

For your health and sanity... Please don't come here! The drs could care less about their patients and it shows... A LOT! I walked in on a very slow day and waited about 25min. I wasn't even mad until the 15 min mark, you know, with NO ONE ELSE THERE I thought I would get seen faster. That wasn't even the problem though. The problem was the dismissal from staff and seeming indifference towards me. It not hard to please me at all, just listen and accept what I'm telling you. Nothing of the sort happened here. I felt dismissed and uncared for in such a horrible way. I was sick and needed care, unfortunately I had to wait the MONTH the a PCP appt. Utterly ridiculous. I would recommend that if your any member of the larger LGBTQIA+ movement you stay far and clear of all LVHN offer

No matter how busy, I always get good treatment here. I have been here 4 times in 5 years. Yesterday it's was super busy, yet I was filled my script in less than 1 hour! Agnes and Stephanie are excellent and caring providers. Patients need to acknowledge this.

I had very good care at this urgent care. I was on vacation and needed care. The intake nurse was helpful, friendly and thorough. I was seen by Dr Agnes. She was kind, caring, professional, sympathetic, concerned, and thorough. I received very good care. Dr Agnes explained everything clearly and with simplicity. I recommend this urgent care.

The woman at the front desk at the express care was not very welcoming or helpful, they prefer you do it all on the kiosk and that's that BUT once in and back there all of the nurses, radiologist & doctors were so caring and considerate. From the intake nurse being kind to my child and caring for him in a way that he would not be more scared than he already was to the doctor following up 2 days later to see how he was doing it was great. Thanks for the help.
