JeffExpress Urgent Care-Tower Place

So I go there for a physical, which takes an hour and I pay out-of-pocket and then they tell me they can’t fill in and answer because they don’t have the materials for it. So they take my money they don’t fill out my physical paper all the way and they don’t pick up their phone. They also won’t refund me. Instead, they told me to go to a different doctor.. Something so easy they just turn it into being difficult. Don’t go here. The express care sucks

I received the best care and in a timely manner. Both the assistant and the provider treated me with respect and listened to me with genuine concern.

Please do not see female Karen Ferrey she fat shamed my daughter “you’re 200 lbs and 19 yrs old you can swallow a pill” My daughter and many people I know have a hard time swallowing pills and request liquid. My daughter got in the car and started crying & broke down several times since. I am disgusted.

no one answers the phones. I've been trying to call for an hour now just to see if they take my insurance before wasting a trip to find out they don't.
